SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING

All orders ship within 2-5 business days from when the order is placed. Made-to-order items ship within 2-6 weeks from when the order is placed. Made-to-order products are identified in product descriptions.

Canada: Domestic orders within Canada are sent using Canada Post. LACONIC customers have the option of using priority, Expresspost or expedited service. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and must be agreed to before processing your order. Domestic orders over $150 are eligible for free shipping.

Local Pick-Up: For Toronto customers, there is an option for local pick-up. Our pick-up location is by Lower Sherbourne and Queens Quay East. Once your order is ready for pick-up, the full address will be provided to you via email.

Outside of Canada: Orders are shipped using Canada Post. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and must be agreed to before processing your order. Additional import, customs, and sales taxes may be added by your Country and are calculated by your Country and/or State. Additional import, customs, and sales taxes are the customer's responsibility.

LOST OR STOLEN ITEMS

Once your order is handed over to the delivery service, LACONIC is not responsible for the lost or stolen package(s). If your item is lost or stolen while in the care of the delivery service, please contact the service provider to locate your package. You can also contact us at LACONIC; we can provide directions to contact the delivery service and support you in any way we can.

RETURNS

Made to order, custom pieces, engraved pieces, name necklaces and sale items are FINAL SALE. All other LACONIC items are eligible for return 30 days from when the order is placed. The item(s) must be returned in new condition, unworn, no sign of wear or damages, and with all original, undamaged packaging. If the return is received damaged, with signs of wear or missing packaging, the return will not be processed. We do not offer refunds for shipping costs and shipping returns are at the expense of the customer. If you're a local Toronto resident, we can arrange a drop off return.
